By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, sizes, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and device/screen settings. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of fabrics, embroidery, printing, dyeing and handcrafted work. Measurements may have minor variations.
Customers should check product descriptions, size information, fabric details and other specifications before ordering.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Gotta Pattika may contact the customer regarding an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation of the unavailable item and applicable refund.
5. PRODUCT PRICING
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable product price, taxes, discounts and shipping charges shall be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to a successfully placed order will generally be the price displayed and accepted at the time of purchase, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
6. TAXES AND INVOICES
Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws. Where applicable, an invoice/tax invoice will be issued containing legally required particulars. Customers should retain their invoice/order confirmation for future reference.
7. PLACING AN ORDER
Customers may be required to provide their name, mobile number, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment information and other information necessary to fulfil the order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. Gotta Pattika shall not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
8. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, the customer may receive confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available channels.
An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment if a product is subsequently found unavailable, incorrectly priced because of a technical error, or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, Gotta Pattika will communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
9. PAYMENT
All orders placed through the Gotta Pattika website are prepaid.
Available payment methods may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and other payment methods made available through our payment service provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
Gotta Pattika does not directly store complete card or banking credentials where payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party payment gateway.
10. SHIPPING
Gotta Pattika currently offers Pan-India delivery.
A flat shipping charge of ₹199 per order will apply unless a different charge is specifically displayed as part of a promotional offer or at checkout.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful order confirmation/payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier service.
Delivery timelines may vary because of remote locations, courier delays, weather, public holidays, festivals, sale periods, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect/incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. EXCHANGE AND NO-RETURN POLICY
Gotta Pattika follows a No Return Policy, subject to applicable consumer rights and applicable law.
We generally do not accept returns merely because a customer changed their mind, selected a different colour, selected an incorrect size or no longer wishes to keep the product.
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the Exchange Policy.
Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains/perfume/makeup/damage, returned with original tags and packaging intact and accompanied by order/invoice details.
Certain products may be specifically marked “No Exchange” on the product page.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, deficient, spurious, materially different or otherwise legally non-conforming products.
12. CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Where a cancellation is accepted and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment mechanism within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
13. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional offers, discounts and coupon codes may have separate terms, validity periods and exclusions. Offers generally cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including brand name, logo, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, text, product descriptions, website layout and promotional material, is owned by or licensed to Gotta Pattika and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
15. USER CONDUCT
Customers must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape content without permission, use false information, engage in fraudulent payment activity or interfere with website security/operation.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website operational. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, server issues, cybersecurity incidents, internet/network failures, third-party interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Gotta Pattika shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, war, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, courier disruptions or technical failures.
