1. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If the shipment is already in transit, the customer may need to receive it and follow the applicable exchange process, where eligible.

2. CANCELLATION BY GOTTA PATTIKA

Gotta Pattika may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious technical pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect/incomplete shipping information, courier/serviceability limitations or another circumstance making fulfilment impracticable.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or another appropriate method in accordance with applicable law.
