International shipping is not currently available unless specifically announced on the website.
A flat shipping charge of ₹199 per order applies for Pan-India delivery unless a promotional offer states otherwise.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days from successful order/payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, festivals or major sale periods.
Delivery generally takes approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier service. This is an estimated timeline and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Orders may be shipped through third-party courier/logistics providers selected by Gotta Pattika.
Where available, tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication channels.
Delays may occur because of weather, festivals, public holidays, natural disasters, transportation disruption, courier issues, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, remote-area delivery, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond Gotta Pattika’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for accurate name, mobile number, house/building number, locality, city, state and PIN code. If a shipment is returned because of incorrect/incomplete information or repeated delivery failure caused by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package at delivery. If visibly damaged or tampered with, notify the courier and contact Gotta Pattika promptly.
